Shipping policy

Every AnaJo Designs piece is made by hand. This means you are receiving an original work of art ! If you ordered a simple piece, it will be ready to ship within a week. For all other pieces please allow up to 2 weeks (depending on the piece) for production, in addition to 3-5 business days for shipping. You will receive an email notification once your item has shipped.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority with insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail ( 8-31 business days) with insurance. Per USPS guidelines, all international orders over $400 will be shipped via USPS Priority International.

International customers: please know your country's import policies and customs fees, as you are responsible for paying these fees.

I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before ordering.
